A Way for Wildlife: AZPM’s Story about our Work on the Oracle Road Wildlife Crossings.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to share about our work for wildlife in the Sonoran Desert! On Sunday, July 21st, 2024, AZPM’s story about our work on the Oracle Road wildlife crossings aired on PBS. Here’s the summary about this story from AZPM:

“It’s been nearly ten years since the life-saving wildlife crossing bridge and tunnel were built over and under north Oracle Road. Since then, thousands of animals from bobcats to tortoises have been spotted using the routes. Spend the day with a group of volunteers as they take part in a Habitat Restoration Day at the crossings to care for plants, remove garbage, and do other necessary maintenance.”
