Time to act: Extreme heat and climate justice
Hear great speakers, learn from other activists, and meet with your legislators to advocate for protecting our environment and our democracy. This year’s theme is Time to act: Extreme heat and climate justice.
First time? Don’t worry, no experience is needed. RSVP to receive updates on trainings and workshops that will help you get the most out of Environmental Day, as well as connect you with your legislative district team. Each legislative district will have an experienced team leader and co-leader.
This is a great opportunity to meet your personal elected officials and talk to them about current issues and legislation that will impact our environment.
The schedule
Environmental Day is Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Registration begins at 8:30 AM. The program will run from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Meetings with legislators will be throughout the day.
